Suitable for all ages and levels and ability, the Bikram Yoga series takes 90 minutes to complete. It consists of a set record of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Each posture is designed to stretch and strengthen specific muscles, ligaments and joints required for successive postures in the sequence.
The Bikram yoga method stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, by moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring a natural balance to all of the body's systems. Flexibility, core-strength and balance are just some of the benefits that participants can achieve. Not to mention the increased mental clarity and stress reducing benefits that are by-products of the Bikram method.
